The EEOC uses this information to support civil rights enforcement and analyze employment patterns.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pending approval from the White House Office of Management and Budget, the EEOC expects to begin collecting 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data in March 2021.
